How long does a complete 2BHK interior project take?
+
A complete 2BHK interior project typically takes 45–60 days from design approval to final handover. This
covers all carpentry, false ceiling, painting, and finishing. We provide a detailed timeline before
starting, with weekly milestone updates so you always know where your project stands.
Do you offer payment plans for large projects?
+
Yes. We understand that large interior projects are a significant investment. We structure payments against
project milestones — typically an advance, mid-execution payment, and final payment on completion. You only
pay for work delivered, never for work yet to begin.
What warranty do you provide on completed work?
+
We provide a comprehensive 5-year warranty on all carpentry and custom furniture work. This covers
manufacturing defects, finish issues, and hardware failures. For civil and painting work, we provide a
1-year warranty. Our after-service team responds within 48 hours to any warranty claim.
Do you work on projects outside Chennai?
+
Our primary service area is Greater Chennai. For projects within a 60km radius (Kanchipuram, Mahabalipuram
corridor), we do take select projects depending on scope. Please contact us with your project details and
we'll let you know if we can accommodate it.
Can I visit your studio before booking?
+
Absolutely — we encourage it. Visiting our studio in Selaiyur allows you to see material samples, inspect
finish quality firsthand, and meet our design team before committing to anything. We're open
Monday–Saturday. Just call ahead to ensure a designer is available for your visit.
How do I get a quote for my project?
+
The easiest way is to fill out our
Quote
Request form — it takes 3 minutes. Alternatively, call or WhatsApp us on 7010371951 with your
requirements. We provide a detailed, itemized quote within 48 hours, completely free and without obligation.
Do you provide 3D visualization before starting work?
+
Yes, we provide detailed 3D renders of your space before a single tool is picked up. You see exactly how
your rooms will look, make revisions, and give approval. This ensures no surprises during execution — what
you see in 3D is what gets built. 3D visualization is included in our design fee.
What materials do you use for modular kitchens?
+
We use marine-grade (BWR) plywood for all carcasses, which resists moisture and humidity — crucial for
Chennai's climate. Shutters are available in laminate, acrylic, membrane, and glass finishes. We use branded
hardware from Hettich, Hafele, or Blum with soft-close mechanisms. Countertops are available in granite,
quartz, Corian, and stainless steel.
